我們有 nominal interest rate 和 real interest rate，在進行 discounting 時我們應該用哪一種？
Explanation
如果我們要計算的那個未來的錢是 real term（也就是計算的是購買力），那麼我們就用 real interest rate；反之如果那個值是 nominal term（只是一個貨幣的數量，像是 100 美元，和購買力沒有掛勾），那麼我們就用 nominal interest rate
